What can you do in A Pobra do Caramiñal? From enjoying the gorgeous beaches of fine sand and crystal clear waters to visiting the balcony overlooking the Ría de Arousa ( Valle-Inclán viewpoint), including visiting our Entre Os Ríos winery, a seafaring tourism route, or archaeological tourism.
A Pobra do Caramiñal is an old fishing village located on the north side of the ría de Arousa, 35 minutes by car from Santiago de Compostela, 1 hour from Vigo hour and a half from Coruña. It has both a fishing port and a marina and four beaches in the same municipality, in addition to more than a dozen within a maximum radius of eight kilometers.
The municipality has excellent natural viewpoints from which you can get the best views of the Rías Baixas (at very specific times with clear skies, you can see from Cape Finisterre to the Cíes Islands in the Ría de Vigo). A few kilometers away is the Natural Park Dunas de Corrubedo.
Equally stunning are the numerous mountain and archaeological hiking trails, the nautical and horseback riding schools, the sports facilities, and, of course, the always appealing seafood cuisine.
