The story of Entre os Ríos began in 1979 in Santa Cruz de Lesón, near A Pobra do Caramiñal. Francisco Crusat was visiting the place to buy a barrel of wine and, while waiting for it to be filled, he decided to take a walk around the area with a good friend of his.

It was there, hidden in a natural environment without comparison, where he found a real gem: the old millers’ house, of which only the walls were still standing. The building, located in the middle of a river, was a vision that inspired Francisco: he imagined himself enjoying his life in the area with his family.

AND SO HE MADE A DECISION THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

That same night, Francisco returned home with a good wine, the house he had found and an exciting project: to restore the property and fix its two mills. A dream home for him and his family that would represent the spirit of the Galician village house.

Francisco’s dream has been taking shape over the years, until the current Hotel Rural Entre Os Ríos. From battered walls, the restoration has brought back to life this unique place, with several rooms, spaces full of tradition and an estate of 40,000 square meters in the middle of nature.

The project has continued to grow, not only in rooms, but also in its commitment to the environment, with a project to be 100% ecological, like the surroundings. Here await the hotel, but also the Entre os Rios Winery, with wines of its own production. Weddings, events, retreats and romantic getaways come together in this magical place.

Green, stone and water surround the visitor of Entre os Ríos, a landmark of Galician rural tourism: symbols of Galicia, and echoes of Francisco’s original vision. Since 1979, the Crusat-González family still lives here, sharing this great home with those who come to enjoy it and feel at home. That is our story, but also yours.

ENTRE OS RIOS VILLAGE: UNIQUE RURAL TOURISM

A Pobra do Caramiñal is one of those places in the Galician community that you cannot miss. It is located southwest of the province of A Coruña, and such is its charm that it is considered the most beautiful village in Galicia. In 1979 in this region, the history of the Entre Os Rios village began.

Old millers centuries ago founded this small village. Its construction began more than 40 years ago, from the walls of an old house in the middle of rivers. The reconstruction brought it back to life, and now it is a beautiful Rural Hotel with walls full of Galician tradition.

It is named after its structure because, when building it, they wanted to preserve the original idea of the old millers.

It consists of a comfortable lounge to enjoy a good conversation, a library, a bathroom and the beautiful Bisavoa Room, ideal for you to relax.

If you visit the village in winter or in rainy seasons, the Lareira will be your favorite place to have breakfast.

Inside, warm and cozy atmospheres reign with spaces specially designed enjoying a nice breakfast or a special meal in the company of your loved ones.

EL MILL

If you stay in the Muiño de Arriba Room, you will find yourself in an old mill.

It was restored as a source of cultural and economic development of the villages, through the traditions and social relations created around it.
